At Taos Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.
Package Your Shoes
Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
